Burnet, Texas is a small, little town about an hour outside of Austin — we suggest flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, renting a car, and enjoying the sights on the drive into the Hill Country!
Accommodations in the Burnet area are limited, so we recommend you book accommodations early! (Otherwise you might just end up sleeping with the cattle on the ranch, and, well, we can’t be held accountable for that!)
A note on transportation: Please keep in mind that while taxis/Ubers/Lyfts are available to drive you from the airport into Burnet, they are not as easily available in the Burnet area. That said, shuttles and transportation will be provided to and from festivities on Friday and Saturday!
Here are some places for you to stay!
Located right on the water on Lake LBJ, Log Country Cove has a number of 1-7 bedroom homes available. The property offers everything from water skiing and jet skiing to nature trails and fishing. You can check out the property map here to get a lay of the land. This will be the primary location for transportation pickup and drop-off. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive from the ranch!
Just a 7-minute drive from the ranch and a 2-minute walk from Lake LBJ, The Antlers Inn has a rich history, opened by the railroad in 1901. Accommodations include traditional guest rooms with private baths, one or two-room cabins and cottages, and train cars fully updated to accommodate overnight stays. There’s a cute little coffee shop and a pavilion out front with a handful of yummy restaurants. We have a handful of rooms reserved for guests for the weekend, so if you’d like to snag one, please call the Antlers Inn directly to book as part of the Pappas/Broccolo Wedding! You can ask for Bret the Inn Keeper, and he’ll help you out :)
For the golfers in the bunch, the Legends Villas are located on the Legends Golf Course, surrounded by Lake LBJ, and just about a 10-minute drive to the ranch!
